Dangerous Dogs
Marion County Board of County Commissioners has established a Dangerous Dog List. This list is an online database of all the declared dangerous dogs in Marion County. A dangerous dog is defined per Florida State Statute 767.11. There are specific stipulations and housing requirements for owning a dangerous dog per Marion County Code, Chapter 4, Section 4-18.
