Marion County Board of County Commissioners has established a list of persons enjoined from possessing animals. This list contains the names and last known addresses of persons enjoined from owning animals by a judge. Pursuant to Florida State Statute 828.073, the court may enjoin an owner from further possession or custody of animals.
